- As a student, we actually feels very stress when the examination is at the corner. Besides that, we also facing stress in our daily life. As a university student, we should be able to manage our time properly. Other than that, we also need to manage our financial as well.
WHAT SHOULD YOU DO WHEN YOU ARE STRESS.
- First, you should find out what causing you under stress.
- Second, try to find some ways to reduce your stress. Such as hanging out with friends or do some exercises.
- Then, learn healthy way to reduce stress in life. Take your time to read some articles about stress so that you can understand more about stress. Besides that, you also can learn how to reduce the harmful effects of stress.
